  2. Request your email code and enter it on the sign-in page.

Our digital and print packages are being prepared. Public AI trials and paid self-service orders are not open yet. Creating an account alone does not unlock interviews.

A little help getting started

The App will not open on my phone.

Try opening the link directly in Safari or Chrome. If a blank page or an access-blocked message appears, contact us with the message and your browser name. Never send passwords or email sign-in codes.

I signed in, but cannot start an interview.

Signing in identifies your account. Interviews require activated access. Check that you used the email connected to your package. If you expected access and nothing appears, contact us before making another purchase.

Can I help a parent sign in?

Yes. You can help them open their email, enter the code on the sign-in page and allow microphone access. In the App, they can choose Larger text and return to saved words. Gift activation for a different email is still being prepared.
